Do my tenants have to pay online?
No. You can record cash or check payments manually on the ledger, and everything reconciles the same way. Online payments, autopay, and payment links are there when tenants want them.
Can I bring in my existing portfolio?
Yes — properties, units, contacts, and leases are quick to enter, and opening balances can be posted to each ledger so your history carries over.
